The staff files were reviewed on Jan. 7, 2021. Feb. 1, 2021 when the checklist was completed most of the trainings have been completed. (2) The following staff have not completed the background check: Mary Mautz started work on 11.2.2020 and her background was only submitted on 1.20.2021 and is still pending. Cleared on Jan. 28, 2021. (3) The following staff have not submitted documentation of a TB test in their Merit accounts: M. Mautz (start date 11.2.2020), M. Ramsey (start date 9.20.2020), Roeun (11.15.19), West (start date 12.1.2020). Roeun TB shows 1.29.2020 as completed. West TB is now in Merit for 4.25.19. As of Feb. 1, 2021 Mautz and Ramsey still have not completed the TB requirement
